Do not ever use this firm for a real estate closing. We've done 10+ closings with other firms in the last year or so, and this firm was a total nightmare. The amount of time and money they've cost us, due to their inefficiency and their terrible communications, we will never work with them again.
Never ever use this firm, run the other way. If your buyer chooses this firm, demand another one or walk away. Seriously, not worth the hassle you will inevitability face. Check the Facebook reviews if you doubt me.
