Went 3 or 4 times, never had a problem, today Kate refused to groom my dog because she wasn't up to date with vaccines, after doing it before. Nice to know they don't need business. Will never go back.
Hank & Hound is the best! It’s the only place in Renfrew County I trust to groom my working dogs. They always put the dog’s best interest first. They have a wealth of knowledge with training/behaviours, and truly advocate for each dog’s needs.
Just returned from having Gus groomed. I am thrilled about the job they did. The groomer (forgot her name ) did a brilliant job. She took the time to ask about Gus' temperament, what he likes or doesn't like. This being Gus' first time ever to be groomed I didn't know how he would react. She said she would take it slow and introduce the different means of grooming. Turns out, if you have treats, Gus will do anything! I am so impressed and will be a returning customer! Thank ank you!
They did such a great job cutting my dogs nails. He started to overreact before even touching his toes with the clippers, so I decided to get professional help so that he wouldn't become more afraid. So glad I made that decision! The session went amazing and he didn't even notice his back paws being done. So glad to have found them! We'll be regulars from here on out!
The store is big and clean and the attendant is amazing. He will find anything you need. The lady who clippes the dogs is also amazing she did a fantastic job on my extremely furry golden girl.
