Just returned from having Gus groomed. I am thrilled about the job they did. The groomer (forgot her name ) did a brilliant job. She took the time to ask about Gus' temperament, what he likes or doesn't like. This being Gus' first time ever to be groomed I didn't know how he would react. She said she would take it slow and introduce the different means of grooming. Turns out, if you have treats, Gus will do anything! I am so impressed and will be a returning customer! Thank ank you!
They did such a great job cutting my dogs nails. He started to overreact before even touching his toes with the clippers, so I decided to get professional help so that he wouldn't become more afraid. So glad I made that decision! The session went amazing and he didn't even notice his back paws being done. So glad to have found them! We'll be regulars from here on out!
The store is big and clean and the attendant is amazing. He will find anything you need. The lady who clippes the dogs is also amazing she did a fantastic job on my extremely furry golden girl.
We order our dogs food from here and they’ve been nothing but amazing. Devon had given my partner a sample to see if our picky dog would actually eat this brand before spending the money, it’s become his favourite and now he gets excited knowing his food is coming which is such a huge proud dog parent moment. So thank you to Hank and hound for helping us find our picky dog a food he loves! Absolutely love that they deliver also, such a huge convenience for us. Would highly recommend to any pet owner to check this place out.
