Every time I get I flat i go here the next day the tire is flat again so i tried a new place last time and haven’t had to worry about a flat since and the services are over priced here. people are better off going to Sharp Bicycle it’s right down the street and their service is better. And how would you have a record of me I have never told any employees here my name and don’t have a rewards program here

Above and beyond excellent service! They really care about customers and making sure we are set and safe to go. Justin in particular goes above and beyond, and Hank is great too. It is like they have a Ph.D. in bikes and their passion for helping those of us who use bikes as our main form of transport. I have nothing but gratitude for this place!

Walked in to get a derailleur adjustment for a barely used bike and I get the full on sales pitch for 4 different products and a full on replacement, but didn’t really fix my problem. Buyer beware. Update: I took it to another repair shop, who told me what was wrong and even taught me which screw to turn to adjust for the issue. Been riding ever since - last several months with NO issues. The bike was fully and correctly assembled by the bike brand itself with top of the line accessories.

I wanted to purchase something through their website but had a few questions before doing so. The staff was super helpful, took my number and called me back with the info I needed. I would 100% shop from this shop again, online or in person.
