Went in for a long-discontinued part and they still had one. Great customer service, too.
Walked in to get a derailleur adjustment for a barely used bike and I get the full on sales pitch for 4 different products and a full on replacement, but didn’t really fix my problem. Buyer beware.

Got my son a bike there for Christmas and has had nothing but problems with it ! We take it back in a they say they fixed the issue an we get home a the bike still has the same problem! A when u take it back an ask them to fix it once again u get the feeling that they don’t really care ! I do not recommend this bike shop to anyone ! We will stick to are local ones
Ran into an issue on a ride through Lafayette and the mechanic had me out of there in 60 seconds and no charge - even filled my water bottle for me. Great service
