I am SO DISAPPOINTED in this business. Tom had promised me to help get my car home this evening and to call back. We discussed location, time and payment. So at 5pm I call back and a woman clerk told us they won’t in fact keep their word and would rather say no to accepting new business. This is an awful way to treat a potential new customer.
