Terrible Public Relations. This place has very poor public relations. I saw an ad in the paper that they were having a 20% off sale for 1 day only, because I was working that day at the hospital & was unable to shop, I called and asked if they would extend their sale to the next day for me. The sales person told me he would not. I asked if he was willing to lose a sale and he said, "we won't miss your business for 1 pair of shoes."
