They take nice pictures, but they need a good office manager. They are disorganized and forgetful. We showed up for our appointment, but they had forgotten about us so we had to reschedule. It took over a month to place the picture order because they couldn't return a phone call or answer an email. Now, they have lost our picture order after about 10 weeks of waiting, and I don't feel at all confident we will have the photos any time soon.

they did such a tremendous job on my dogs' pics, i decided to take my kids in, and boy was i ever pleasantly surprised!!! these guys are the real cats' meow!!! we can't say enough good things, not even enough great things at how well they relate to their subjects...we will comntinue to use haney's again and again.
