I ordered furniture almost a month ago. When I called to ask about my order I was originally told they didn’t even have an invoice for it or anything showing a payment. After going round and round they find the “missing” invoice. That was last week. As of today still no furniture. I will say they were very nice in the store the day of purchase. But since then it has been nothing but a nightmare.
Friendly owners and definitely are knowledgeable on what they have in the store. Also, do drop prices just to sell to a customer. Delivery driver and assistant do their job and don't just make it hard on the customer
Great service, friendly staff, fast delivery! Overall great experience from shopping to delivery! Price was same as company store …so support local family business instead! Love my new sectional!
Great and honest prices definetly go above and beyond to make sure you get all loaded up. Definitely will go back in the future when I need a different piece of furniture cuz this is gonna last 😂😂
