The lady who helped me was actually very friendly and extremely helpful. I am helping my friend fixher house up and will be frequenting this shop as it is very close to her place. I am glad to see the helpful customer service and will continue to do business here from now on for my other projects as well.
Absolutely a life saver in many cases to get a job done on time, especially the not so common older items. The staff is very helpful and make doing it yourself easier especially when you grab the wrong parts for your repair right away. The simple question what are you fixing is a game changer. What I'm trying to say is they take the time to help and do an excellent job at it. It's worth the trip across a few towns to get there. Next time you need something from a hardware store make the trip over there. It's worth it.
I was referred to this hardware store from a plumber that said, if anyone has everything, it's this store. I was met at the door, and escorted to exactly what I needed, Eric than proceeded to get exactly what I needed from the shelf, took my old nasty part apart to ensure that I had everything I needed. Not an easy task. My guess is he spent 15 minutes helping me for what turned into a 50-dollar sale. It was well worth it.
