Wow, what a fantastic experience with handyDART in Nanaimo! I booked a trip for my uncle while I was visiting from out of town. The telephone booking agent provided exceptional customer service. Both drivers were friendly, kind, and professional. All-around wonderful experience, and at a very affordable price for the service provided. Without Handydart I would be stuck in my apartment 24/7. Handydart is not JUST a bus. It is a lifeline to adventure. The drivers (except one female driver) are WONDERFUL. They treat me like I am a close family friend.
