No response from the support staff and the fact that they are charging $30 flat rate shipping when the part I needed wouldn't cost more than five dollars to ship is ridiculous. Avoid this business if possible.
Good web site for ordering. Dimensions were true to web description. Good router work on the material. Zero hassle install, hinged swing out sides and set on the top! Super duper packaging and relatively inexpensive shipping. Definitely would recommend, expensive, but easy and ugly radiator is now covered.
If I could possibly give you less than 1 star I would. Horrible craftsmanship, holes not drilled through, bars not sent per the invoice. Days long text back and forth with someone named Aaron. Finally sent my missing equipment via pony express (since July 1st) it had been on it's way..... I would suggest anyone question any and everything about this place. I ordered some Electric Window Opener. When I received I had some issues with it but when I called and text I received good guidance, problems solved. Communication is Excellent.
