I've been going there since 2008. I was cautious at first as I am a woman who knows very little about cars. That soon became very obvious to them. (They are VERY clear that they could tell me ANYTHING and I'd probably believe them.) However, they have never tried to take advantage of that and have taken excellent care of my car. These brothers are fantastic. They are completely trustworthy and work within my budget to help me strategize when to get work done on the car. I've never felt as if they did any unnecessary work. They're also extremely friendly people.
Totally disorganized and awful customer service. The lady took care of the payment let someone came 3 minutes after me cut the line and told me to "Just chill!" and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. When she finally took my payment later, I questioned her and she started lectured that "We just all need to be patient." Did not even apologized until I asked her whether she could at least apologize. Ridiculous! I would leave 0 start if that is an option.
I called them to come help me and they were there within 20 minutes. Great service, friendly and helped calm my anxiety! I couldn`t thank them enough! I highly recommend!
