Attorney Handy is extremely unscrupulous, runs his practice like a mercenary. A family member of mine called him in dire straits, dealing with a DCF case and possible criminal charges. Attorney Handy, through his 24/7 "hotline" (lead capture service), advised my family member that she was about to be cuffed and charged with a felony in order to drum up fear so that she would hire him.
