HandWorks is DEFINITELY the place to go for any aspect of physical therapy related to the hand. Sally is an outstanding certified occupational hand therapist with many years of experience and an extremely professional, yet approachable manner. Together with Kathy, her assistant / office manager, they work as a well oiled team providing their patients with the best possible care in a friendly, even fun atmosphere. Sally and Kathy of Hand Works make occupational therapy fun in a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Sally is an exceptional certified occupational hand therapist with a great "bedside" manner. She is so caring and will do her best to give you a great therapy rehabilitation. Kathy makes sure the practice moves smoothly. Kathy is an excellent person; always upbeat. She is a great assistant and partner in their OT practice! I would highly recommend HANDWORKS to anyone who may be needing occupational therapy.
In 2021 my daughter went to see Kathy and Sally at Handwork’s for a fractured hand that never healed properly. She would have needed a complex surgery so the ligament properly aligned with the ones around her knuckle. The surgeon suggested first seeing Handworks. By wearing Sally’s custom-made brace for 4 months, her ligament problem was solved and surgery was avoided! Then in October 2022 I had surgery to repair a torn ligament in my pinky. I am finished with my hand therapy with Sally and Cathy…..my hand feels so much better. I can’t thank them enough for helping me to get where I am now and for the “therapy sessions”!
