Love getting my hair cut by Brad. Excellent stylist and I always look great. I get quite a few compliments as well.
I called to ask question about prices and lady on the other end was very rude! Bad customer service.
Mostly a great experience. There's some confusion with scheduling. I've had both Chris and Daniel as my hair stylists. They are equally friendly, although I thought Chris was a bit more fun to talk to. Both times I came out with a fairly fantastic cut and color. Really no complaints except for the fact that they should add some details to the groupons that they put out so as to avoid further confusion.
