Lauren and her space is so welcoming and accommodating. During appointments she is very thorough and knowledgeable and afterwards her follow up is outstanding. I am really thankful my family found her as a local resource to help us navigate tongue ties and holistic health. I highly recommend a consult with Lauren!

I have known Lauren for many years as an LMT and now will benefit from her training as an Myofunctional Therapist. I deal with severe TMJ pain and am learning through Lauren that with proper function of my facial and tongue muscle that much of this can be alleviated before an inevitable surgery. Definitely worth contacting her for issues with tongue tie, TMJ or sleep and breathing issues.
