I have been going to Hands on Therapeutic Massage for several years. I didn’t believe massage would help me because everyone always talks about it like it’s a luxury. But my wife talked me into going to help with back and leg pain. Yes it is enjoyable, but Therapeutic massage is much more. Amazing experience and results!!! I came to Jamie with chronic neck and back pain. I tried physical therapy and they weren’t so helping I tried Hands-on “medical massage” and so glad I did!!! My neck pain was a recent bad reaction to a bad chiropractor adjustment where I couldn’t even touch the sides of my neck- it hurt so badly. Jamie is extremely professional, caring and specifically focused on what i needed and adjusted our sessions based on how my body responded.
