I saw Jamie at Hands on Massage at the gift of my husband. She took me in, did a brief intake which guided her to know my needs. Today I was looking for some stress reduction and release of my thoracic and cervical stiffness/ache. She was spot on, devoting just enough time and firmness. She has a gentle way of getting into the small tender spaces yet is strong enough to press in manipulate the larger tighter areas. I have been going to Hands on Therapeutic Massage for several years. I didn’t believe massage would help me because everyone always talks about it like it’s a luxury. But my wife talked me into going to help with back and leg pain. Yes it is enjoyable, but Therapeutic massage is much more. It is really helpful and now with regular massages about once a month, I feel a lot better. This place is very convenient (right off the highway exit) and I really like the personal attention that Jamie provides. She always has a conversat... read more
