Absolutely brilliant, had tried other bodywork before but the sports massage with Colin is still showing benefit 2 days later. Went for breathing and my diaphragm is still nice and free :-) will definitely go back at some point.
Colin was absolutely fantastic! I had a 90 minute sports massage, which completely sorted out all my aches and pains from marathon training. He was extremely knowledgeable about the body/anatomy, and applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve sore muscles without causing any pain/discomfort. I’ll definitely be going back again
Colin really took time to go though where my sprain etc was. He explained what he will be doing very clearly. My left shoulder is dine and pain free and also my "tennis elbow" feels better. Also suggested ways of managing any sprains. Easy 5* rating.
Colin couldn't have provided a better experience. He responded quickly to my request to an appointment and saw me the very next day. He then provided me with excellent treatment, as well as advice on how to prevent a neck problem from reoccurring. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Great massage, very professional and relaxing. Highly recommend!
