Katja gave me a wonderful massage. She educated me about what she felt in my body, since I was interested. She always asked if I was interested in things like stretches that might not be included in every massage. If you're interested in the visceral manipulation, Katja taught me you want to get that work between any flare ups, because it can't be done if your organs are inflamed.
Ryan was so good. Very professional. He does sports massage stuff which was good for me and could be good for you too if you play a sport. He slays

Katja was super sweet and extremely caring and professional. My session was great and I left feeling brand new. I usually have a hard time relaxing during massages but I was able to enjoy the session and feel the benefits of it. I’ll definitely return! Having weekend appointment options is such a plus for busy people and the online scheduling is super convenient. Eing able to text them is also helpful as they are responsive and attentive. Both thumbs up!
