Several reviews have mentioned the same thing: the physical therapist sees 2-3 patients at the same time while doubling as a receptionist. I spent literally half of the hour I paid for waiting for my therapist to be done with the other patients, only to come back and tell me to do an exercise and leaving 10 seconds later. This is bordering on insurance fraud.
Hands of Hope has been SO helpful with my neck strain/pain! You can really trust the whole team, particularly Matthew. The team is very attentive and knowledgable. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any kind of physical therapy.
