I was a patient here in spring of 2025. Though I initially got a little bit better, things stalled out pretty quickly. I Repeatedly raised this concern and was told this was typical for tendonitis. My tendonitis in my ankles had started causing knee issues too though and their exercises did not help my knees at all. [NEW edit] They completely ignore unsubscribe options in their emails. I have never subscribed to their spam and I still receive emails 2 years later. Would love to put -10 stars, but there is no such option. Sadly. I had quite a few issues here, which differed significantly from the glowing reviews on Google Maps and Zocdoc. Here are the problems I had: NEW. Impossible to unsubscribe from their spam emails. Never gave consent. Unsubscribing just does not work. Would give less than 1 star if I could. 1. Lovely experience here! The team is wonderful and I've been having a very successful recovery. Matthew does such a great job of being attentive, focusing on specific techniques and exercises that truly help your recovery.
