I can’t say enough good things about Heather. She specializes in athletic myofascial release, and it shows—she truly understands how the body moves and where tension lives. Each session is customized and incredibly effective. I consistently leave feeling better, moving better, and completely reset. If you’re active or dealing with chronic tightness, Heather is the best.

Hands of Gold doesn't do justice to the healing that Heather provides. I have been battling multiple injuries from years of hard work and hard play. She has been unraveling all the damage I have done to my body over all the years. I have had several doctors tell me that the pain I have been experiencing is going to be life long due to my injuries. I called and Heather answered the phone as if it was her cell phone maybe it is. I had a few questions because the website did not provide the information. She rushed me off the phone after 1 mins. saying, “is that it I have to go-bye” and hangs up on me before I could even respond with booking an appointment. So rude and very unprofessional. That’s not how business is handled. I hope u have a better day Heather. God bless you and ur business.
