MYO Therapy & Movement is by far the best form of massage if you have stiff/achy or sore muscles and want to understand your body better. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractors, and had X-rays of my lower back. However, it took two 2-hour sessions with Jennifer before she discovered the problem. The facility offers many health services, and the staff is always professional.
