Nakitta was amazing! She listened to my issues, did a few assessments and then told me her plan. OMGosh… I’ve never had a masseuse that listened, affirmed, and treated me the way she did. She was respectful of consent for vulnerable movements and I walked away feeling like I had blood flowing in my back for the first time in 8 years. I’ll be back next week and have let my friends know!
Tarah is an incredible massage therapist. She has a kind, calm energy that instantly puts you at ease, and her approach is both intuitive and thoughtful. She takes the time to really understand where your pain is coming from, tailoring the session to what your body needs. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and equipped with helpful stretches to support my recovery. Highly recommend!

Tony has been my remedial massage therapist for over 10 years, and I highly recommend him and his team. He's very experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. He's positive, reliable, available on weekends and evenings. Most importantly he's careful and considerate. Remedial massage is the way I give back to my body and Tony's massages loosen my muscles, get rid of the knots and give me a great night's sleep.
