"GROSS INCOMPETENCY" is only one of many many descriptives. I was a client for 2 misrable year and $20+k later. Worst decision i ever made. Dont use big words. Follow up on paperwork bc it will get "lost" and you will have to pay for it! Do not schedule any surgeries during this time, it will not work out in your favor.
