They were not willing to assist an 81 yr old, disabled Veteran down 3 steps in his wheelchair because of the liability. Found another way to help him myself 'cause I'm only 76 yrs old.
Had a doctor appointment and my family wasn't able to take me called these people they was on time The driver was super nice wheeled me right in van strap my chair down safely got me to my appointment and when I called back to go home the driver was fast to get to me within 15 minutes I was on my way home great company and great people looking forward to using them again
