I would give them a minus 10 if I could. My aunt who is in a wheelchair, was left to fend for herself after this company abandoned her at Costco after her hearing aid appt. This was her first time using a handi transport and we were assured by the owner she would be taken care of. She was not. She was traumatized by the horrible experience.
