Not willing to work for their money, ify ou don't do things the way they want they will keep putting things off then go to court and say they can't represent you due to some bogus reasons. They told me I would need to serve jail time, I didn't and was found not guilty, she told me she was not willing to go not guilty.. That tells me they want the money but don't want to do the job they signed up for.
