EDIT: As of now, 4 days after being told that I would be called to assist me with my issue, I have NOT received any response to my email or a return call (where I left my phone number on the voicemail of who replied to this review as the owner and on my email. So that goes to show, the response to my review, is just to make it seem they were gonna make things right, when it wasn't true. Never would I ever have thought I could make a spur of the moment call and get transport in less than a half hour, but these folks did it. They were incredibly patient, efficient and reasonable in price. The driver was an absolute sweetheart. Highly highly recommend!
