This was the worst facial experience I have ever had. The esthetician barely touched my face and only used her fingertips with virtually no pressure throughout the treatment. There was no proper facial massage, and my neck was not massaged at all, which is typically a standard part of a facial. Overall, the treatment felt rushed and lacked the level of care and technique I would expect. I left feeling very disappointed and do not feel that I received the service I paid for
