I had a wonderful massage with Catherine. She was professional and the experience was extremely beneficial. I would absolutely recommend her.
My service was scheduled at 12 pm for a 60 minute massage but I wasn't brought into the room until 12:15 and my session ended promptly at 12:59. Discussed with management who stated that the massage sessions are ten minutes less than the time you schedule according to their policy. Upset that my session was cut short but just wanted to express transparency about the massage timing.
I recently got a facial done here and immediately after I had 2 bruises on both sides of my face. The esthetician didn’t even comment or ask me how I was feeling. I only noticed after getting into my car. I’m so tired of the inconsistency of the therapists and estheticians. Do better!!!! And be cautious before getting a facial here.
Started here and became a member here, front desk lady is so helpful! Found such a great massage person from here as welll!
Fiza is so amazing, very informative and thoughtful when doing facials! I love this location!
