Hand and Stone-Leaside is amazing. From their customer service to their waiting room, everything is top notch. Roslyn, the RMT is fantastic and Tiana, the manager is awesome. Highly recommend this location!!
Always amazing ! Friendly professional front desk women Lisa, Veronica .Great facial with Irene very pleasant and does a relaxing facial. And just when I think the massage therapist Kazi cant possibly do better he does. His knowledge & expertise is like no other.

I had a very bad experience, they did not allow me to use my money in my account in different location. It does not make any sense at all that I can not use the gift card of same company in different locations, I had to pay more for the services I received, I am very disappointed and sad about it I spoke with the managers of Hand and stone, but no body helped me.
I am very disappointed with my experience regarding Hands & Stone’s membership cancellation policy. After requesting to cancel my membership, I was informed that I am still required to make an additional payment due to a 30‑day cancellation notice period. This requirement was neither clearly explained at the time of signup nor reasonable in practice.
