I had an amazing first time experience at this place! I've had massages in many spas, and I really like Hand & Stone, Avenue Rd. Upon arrival, Hoei at the reception was very polite, welcoming and professional. The whole place is very clean and organized, and there is a nice sense of peace and good vibes. I had my first massage experience ever yesterday at hand and Stone. Mike was extremely good as a physiotherapist and an RMT. He gave me a lot of confidence as he was explaining the processes of massage and how stretching/Moving with the correct posture can help loosen tense muscles. Will certainly be back.
