My daughter and I went, and it was her first time experiencing a facial and a massage. Everything was great and they had us in the same room together. We both came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Definitely will be back!
I asked for an hour long full body massage with medium pressure, the massage only ended up being 45 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes early, filled out the intake form, so didn’t get started until 2:35 ish, then when she was done, the time was 3:20pm. The full hour massage should have been finished at 3:30pm at-least as my appointment was for 2:30pm. Valentina truly takes care of me. She solves my issues every time, and she’s so knowledgeable and skilled. Beyond that, she’s just a genuinely good person with amazing people skills. I always feel better after seeing her.
Amazing first facial experience! I had my very first facial at Hand & Stone with Parneet Sekhon, and it was absolutely awesome! As someone dealing with acne, I often worry about my skin reacting badly, but the products she used felt incredible—no irritation or burning whatsoever. Parneet was so attentive and communicative throughout the entire appointment, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure during the massage and asking if I was okay during the extractions.
