Please be careful very unprofessional and rude they only thing they are good at is to charging you for the service they didn’t provide They do mistake to book wrong massage therapist and when you like to reschedule they will charge you more than %50 Scammers You go there to get relax but they mess up your mind
The worst experience i ever had Unprofessional and rude staff The only thing they care is the money No customer service They booked me with men massage therapist which I didn’t ask for a and they didn’t mention and when I ask for lady massage therapist which I had last time they said not available and I asked to reschedule they charged me $74 for cancellation it was there mistake they said %50 but they charged me way more 50 minutes is $110 I don’t way they charged me much more than %50 for there mistake No body answers you
Michelle is still the best RMT as it is more like a medical treatment and helps cure me everytime I have pain points and ailments from either office or sports.
I’ve been a member for over 10 years and recently made the difficult decision to leave. To be fair, the massage therapists and estheticians are excellent, and most front desk staff have been friendly and professional. However, a series of recent experiences led me to cancel. Prices have increased noticeably, and although member rates are lower, holiday gift cards are sold at non-member prices—even when purchased by members.
