This place is more expensive than any other , do they provide any special service for that ? Answer is not at all I could say cleaniness is a plus .

Absolutely horrible experience NEVER GO. The product they use completely ruined my skin, and left me with burning sensations all over my body. I complained to management and they gave attitude saying it isnt their concern!! Horrible service, customer service and care should be a priority.
What a horrible experience I had today . I’ve been going there for ever . This time they spill the oil in my face and went into my eye and it was burning so badly. The massage therapist was freaking out and said I will not charge you for the scalp massage. I walked out with my eye burning and couldn’t see, The manager charged me fully for the massage and said scalp massage is on us , and said I heard you had a bad reaction to the oil ??
