I don’t know how anyone relaxes here while getting a massage. It sounds like a bowling alley above me. Can hear people going up and down the stairs constantly. Slamming of doors and cupboards. I keep coming back because Paul is always great. Other than him it’s not worth the price at all. The atmosphere here is terrible and not relaxing at all.
Updating my review to reflect that ownership contacted me and rectified the situation. They explained their process and cause of that it led to some inability of the staff to make decisions on the spot. However, it was explained, apologized for and a new appointment was offered with some concessions. I appreciate them taking the time to deal with this and i have received a great service and experience upon returning. After trying many massage therapists over the last few years, I can say that Niandi provides the most amazing and relaxing massages. She’s my go-to now and I don’t see anyone else! Parking at this location is limited so I recommend parking across the street.
I had an amazing massage with Linda and an incredible facial with Kyla. Both were so attentive, professional, and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and completely recharged. Highly recommend!
Tiffany is very professional and provided excellent service. She also gave me great consultation and helpful advice. Highly recommended!
