Kyla has been very attentive and gentle during each of my visits. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized each session to my needs, explaining every step with clarity. She's made me feel totally pampered! I've recommended her to friends without hesitation.
About 3 yrs ago my son got me 2 gift cards for massage as a Christmas gift at the Pickering location. When I went I was convinced to sign up to become a member, so for the past 3yrs they billed my account once a month for a massage, because of my work schedule and I live in Oshawa, I wasn't able to go every month. Towards the end of 2025 I informed them that I would like to cancel my membership, they said "you have 3 months to use up the remaining credits" I think it was about 13 credits!
