I always have a great experience with Kyla. She is patient and precise with waxes and very experienced! I always feel more than comfortable.
The staff are friendly here. My massage was excellent with Joyce 10/10!! She was very skilled and had some great techniques. My mother in law did a facial which she enjoyed as well and felt glowy after! My rating is not higher because the facility is very old and in need of renovation. I have never been to a spa or massage that has carpet in the massage room. More commonly you need to wear spa slippers to maintain cleanliness at other spas. The carpet made me feel extremely stuffy.
