I have been coming to Hand & Stone for over a year (monthly). Ash is my massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable and in tune with his client's health needs. My husband has been seeing Ash for almost two years. He actually recommended Ash as my original therapist was in vacation. I am grateful for the amazing service that Ash provides and I would recommend him to friends and family.
I had a great experience getting my facial with Margy, she was incredibly attentive to detail and very gentle throughout the entire procedure. The only downside was being asked for a tip by the front desk associate. It's not about not wanting to tip for good service, but considering the procedure is already well-priced, it feels inappropriate for the business to place that burden on the customer. Employees should be fairly compensated by their employer without relying on tips to make up the difference.
