I had the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Hand & Stone’s Derry location. Unfortunately, my RMT, Prachi Vyas, provided a very poor experience. Her breath had a strong odor, she was coughing while working on my back, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room that seemed to be coming from either her socks or the treatment area. I was very disappointed with my experience. My appointment was booked for 50 minutes, but the massage lasted only about 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the massage itself was also disappointing. The therapist spent what felt like the first 20–25 minutes simply rubbing oil on my back rather than using actual massage techniques. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a haircut and hair color, but the results were completely different from what I asked for. The haircut was done very unprofessionally, and my hair was damaged during the process. The layers looked fine for only one day, but after my first wash, they completely disappeared and my haircut looked uneven.
