Don't even know where to start. I checked their website for direct billing, said they had it. Called ahead of time to check, said they had direct billing. Arrived for my appointment and confirmed if they had it, they said they did. After appointment, they claimed their direct billing "wasn't working" and had to pay out of pocket. And can't find them on my insurance so have to call and clarify my insurance to claim...unbelievable Additionally, worst massage I ever got! I had been getting massage therapy by Salma for three weeks now and am extremely satisfied. She is the best massage therapist I have experienced so far. Their therapy rooms are very clean and would rate them 5/5. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
The massage services were good, however we were disappointed that we have to pay the differences due to price increase eventhough we purchased yearly membership since last year. Then what was the purpose to purchase a membership. We've been told that we still have a credit left, tmatvthe end of the service, they said that we didnt have a credit left.
