Fantastic spa at Bloor and Royal York! This is my little oasis in the crazy city of Toronto! Highly recommend Hien for luxurious and therapeutic massages and Joanna for pampering facials. Lovely front staff, too--Vivian, Megan and Robert rock!!!! 💗
Absolutely awful booking experience. I spent a long time creating an account, entering all of my information, and selecting an appointment time, so I had every reason to believe my booking was confirmed. When I called the day of my appointment to confirm, I was told I never had an appointment at all. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve the issue or offer any accommodation. Daniel was great my back felt amazing and got rid of all sore spots . Stiffness. Very professional and listened to the areas thst was bothering me.
