Crystal is an amazing esthetician. I’ve been her client for over 2.5 years now and go every month once a month. She’s truly an expert in my skin and the experience overall. I deal with regular redness and dryness, but leaving the spa after a facial from her, you’d never know that. I've had a membership for years and recently they froze my ability to transfer massages (that ive purchased) to family if I chose to. They told me that I was only allowed so many per year but then I found out that they froze me for an entire year on top of that without telling me. Then an appointment i cancelled wasnt cancelled by the front desk and they charged me for not showing up. BEWARE HAND AND STONE! 98% of my reviews are positive and it is rare that I take the time to post a negative impression. But I feel compelled to warn you against using an organization called Hand And Stone for your facials and massages. In my lengthy wait for the one person there to get off the phone I heard her tell the client several times that the person who gave her “that” information no longer work there. I have been to a hand and stone in another state and had a membership because I loved it so much. Unfortunately this experience was just not the same. I thought I communicated on my paperwork and directly to the therapist the areas I wanted to focus on, and the reason I was there. She essentially just provided the standard full body massage with absolutely no attention to the most specific reason I was there.
