There’s only one word to describe a facial with Lily: Heavenly! I walked out feeling like I was on a cloud! She’s very knowledgeable, gentle gave me some after care tips to make sure my skin stays happy and healthy afterwards 😊 I highly recommend Lily and the Hand and Stone in Castle Rock.

Shelley is an amazing Facialist. She caters her services to the individuals needs and budget. I highly recommend her.
Gerry is an excellent masseur! The franchise’s issues lowered the stars from 6 to 4. The push to up-sell services, and to tip is too much. I was happy to tip Gerry and he didn’t push it. There is substantial signage around to tip and the front desk is trained to ask; they asked me and my friend if we wanted to add a gratuity, my friend said “no”.
