Always enjoy my monthly visits here. It is a time for self care and relaxation. This place offers all of that with their detailed facials and their intense massages.
I visited Hand & Stone today as part of a self-care day to celebrate passing my certification exam. I’ve had massages at this location before and have had much better experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I was never asked whether I preferred a male or female massage therapist, which I feel should be discussed beforehand.
