I have been here (the location on University Blvd., near LJ Parkway) multiple times, over several years. Their massage therapists are fully qualified professionals, but I just have not found my ideal fit. The front desk person, however, has gone from pleasant to sassy when I have asked to cancel my membership at this location, so that I can re-establish my membership at the Sienna location, where I have found my therapist.
