Signed up for a membership for massage in Nov 23, and consistently had more than half of my appointments canceled at the last minute, and the ones I did have were subpar - the massage therapists were not responsive to instructions/feedback. Decided to cancel and have been trying to do so for more than 6 weeks. They won't cancel the membership unless I sign a cancellation contract that's blank, allowing them to add in any charges after I sign. My Massage Therapist was Amazing! I will definitely be back. She even talked me into adding on the deep muscle massage and it was well worth it.
I get facials from here and it is always a good time. The staff are always so friendly. No pushy sales for their products, which I also appreciate. And I always walk out feeling refreshed.
