Stay away!! Got a call 45 mins before our appointments saying one of the therapists called out. Solution? Offered another appt for 2 hours later. After driving all from Lynnwood, wait another 2 hours? What if I had cancelled? Bet the charge would’ve hit instantly. Management has no clue. Stay far away!!!!
Massages here are really hit or miss depending on which massage therapist you get. Luckily, my first massage was absolutely incredible, and I bought the membership. I tried two other therapists and had downright bad experiences. Now I only book with one select therapist and have a great experience every time. Staff is insanely friendly. I always enjoy coming in and talking to them as I wait for my service! And if you ever want a facial, then I highly recommend Julie! She is hands down the best I've been to over the years!
Had the worst massage experience. Went in with high expectations of being relaxed and came out more stressed than when I first arrived! The music playing was much too upbeat for a supposed relaxing experience—think upbeat guitar like something you’d hear from a Spanish restaurant.
