I received a gift card from my military son for the holidays. First of all there was a misunderstanding in the type of certificate and service he was purchasing, but that was cleared up, and I had my massage today, and the massage itself was wonderful, and very relaxing, sorry to say I don't recall the therapist name, though she was great. What was not great was the demeanor and attitude of one of the receptionists, who was very cold and unfriendly , not becoming of someone working customer service.
