The front desk service is garbage when it comes to booking a massage to the point that it's making it so I won't be back. The girl there needs to get a new job because she is horrible at actually booking schedule and communication. Appointments never get booked and then last moment saying you need to reschedule.
Low rating because I called ahead to confirm if they would accept a 50 minute gift card that was issued from a Florida location and literally read the code to them. They said YES. When I arrived I double-checked with the receptionist and she basically said that they would handle it after the massage. After the massage, the inevitable happened, and she mentioned that they can’t accept the gift card and that I would have to pay the full $139. Not going back.
I’ve been a member at Hand & Stone in Exton for several years, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to relax and recharge. The front desk team is absolutely incredible — Amanda and Angie and the front desk staff always make me feel so welcome and taken care of. Glenn is a wonderful massage therapist who consistently delivers an excellent experience. It’s a warm, calming, and professional atmosphere that I truly look forward to every visit. Poorly Managed – Avoid This Location!!!!!!!!!! I know this may seem like a random review, but everything I’m sharing is exactly what happened—and I think it needs to be known.
