I went to see Diane at Hand and Stone Exton today. She was amazing and I will be returning to see her. She treated me with such care and regularly made sure I was feeling OK throughout the massage. She focused on specific areas that felt like they needed more attention. My experience with her was Above and beyond. I Signed up for a membership so that I can continue to see her and the ladies at the front desk were very informative and answered all of my questions. Thank you ladies!
Called to cancel my membership. I was told I had to do it in person. I went in later to complete paperwork and to transfer the massages I had accumulated. Ultimately, this was accomplished but my interaction with Amanda, who apparently is the manager, was not pleasant. I found her to be combative and dismissive with her answers when I had a few questions. Not the kind of customer experience one would expect at a place like this.
Music went off half way into session; was to have had full body plus Himalayan stones however, person ran out of time.
