I had two gift certificates that were given to me a while ago, but they both specifically said there was no expiration date. The services are fine, though they will try to pressure you into an upgrade which I don't like. But the real problem is the membership, which is the biggest scam I've ever experienced. I have been a member for 3 months and wanted to book my month's facial. I booked online and it said clearly in my account that I had one credit that would be applied.
