PETTY THEFT be on alert! So, I suspended my membership 10/2025. 11/27/2025 Hand and Stone charged my card the monthly $79.95 membership fee. I immediately called them and requested to reverse the charge as I did not want any services at the moment. I was told no refunds allowed, but you will receive a 1 hour free facial. Nice staff and excellent services.
Just left hand and stone trying to resolve a problem, the problem was I cancel my services due to medical issues. Hand and stone continue to charge my credit card for a service that I had not received. While inquiring about the charges, and having Chase bank on the phone , hand and stone lied !!! . This is very sad and bad business practice. They threaten to call the police on me !!!. Never again will I go to this store . They are messy and fraudulent . UPDATE: 10/16/2025. I scheduled a 1 hour Diamond Glow facial appointment with Olivia at 12 noon. 2 days prior to my appointment, I received a call that Olivia no longer worked for Hand and Stone. So, the receptionist told me they have another appointment with Jocelyn at 12:30P. I accepted the appt. The day of the appointment, I discovered they never updated the appointment time to 12:30P. Checkout experience was extremely awkward, two of the employees got agitated with each other over our checkout and made the experience confusing as far as payment went. One massage therapist had extremely dry hands and didn’t seem to know how to massage properly, also pulled my hair constantly. Very disappointing, will not be back. After all that we were offered the membership 3 separate times after declining each time.
