I had a cosmetic treatment at Weston Handsome Spa, and it was my worst experience ever. I expressed my concerns, but nobody formally answered my inquiry.

Art and Jennifer are the best estheticians. They stroke your face nice and gentle. I have been a customer since 2020. My services are mainly facials, specifically Classical facials, and Diamond Glows. However, I experienced my 1st Lymphatic Drainage facial with Jennifer and I'm addicted now!! The Lymphatic Drainage was like a foot reflexology, but on the face.
Horrible service. I cannot get the form to cancel my membership with them until they call me at a time most convenient to them. I’ve called 3 times and I’m told the manager will call back within 48 hours. Instead they don’t call until almost 10 days later during business hours when I cannot reach my phone. I’ve had a horrible experience with them that has cost me my time and money. DO NOT GO HERE!! NOT RELAXING!!
Had a really nice massage and facial here. Entire staff is both professional and very friendly. I highly recommend! I am not giving names of my massage therapist or aesthetician who are both excellent because it can already be hard to get appointments with them. I want to be able to get my appointments. LOL I do highly recommend Hand & Stone Wheaton where I have been going for years!
