I went in yesterday and got a facial, when i was paying, the front desk girl asked if i wanted a massage too for the same promo price & i agreed so we scheduled for an hour later and she charged me for both the facial & massage ( i thought this would make it easier on us later after the massage) when i was on my way back to get my massage, she called me ask said the therapist she scheduled me with “ didnt show up “ so she rescheduled me for 6:30 which was already a stretch for me because i live 40 minutes away and was alread... read more
Absolutely loved my service!
I have no complaint about the quality of massage services I've received at Hand and Stone. My employment status has changed and I'm trying to cancel my membership. There is no way you can stop your membership through the website. It routes a request to someone in the store who then has to call you. To her credit, Audrey has called me but I travel quite a bit. Why is a phone conversation required to cancel my membership? We've been playing phone tag for nearly a month. Amazon had a massive law suit for making it too difficult... read more
