My husband had introduction massage, not impressed
I began filling out the intake paperwork, and when it asked questions about my medical history, they said that they required a doctors note to be sent in before an appointment could be scheduled. I spoke with my doctor’s office and they informed me that it is against HIPAA regulations to email over a note yet this office has no fax method. I asked for a manager callback as I was concerned about what to do and instead of a call they cancelled my appointment for the end of the month with no explanation.
