I honestly HATE leaving negative reviews, but my experience with Hand Over Knot was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I originally scheduled a massage with the owner, Janine, for a specific time. She confirmed it, and then bailed on the appointment. I tried to be understanding and gave her another chance the following week.
