What started out as positive turned into a negative.
I spoke with April about a matter and it wasn’t the kind of case she handled. I was stuck by how warm and lovely she was, how she listened and helped anyway. She even took time to recommend some colleagues. If myself or anyone I know needs a real estate lawyer, I would recommend her just based on that experience.
My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Apryl's services. She represented us recently when we bought an apartment and was--truly--the single saving grace of an otherwise horrific experience. Apryl was my attorney while buying my first home. Purchasing real estate in Brooklyn is always a nebulous process. But especially being my first time, I was in over my head. Fortunately, Apryl very patiently walked me through the whole thing. She went well above and beyond her duties to make sure I protected and make wise personal investment. I recommend her to anyone buying a home in NYC. She gives it to you straight and is completely honest at every turn. She's also hilarious. You will not be disappointed.
