I recently started visiting Hand in Hand due to a trigger finger and it was the best referral I’ve ever been given. Alejandra, my therapist is the sweetest most patient and supportive therapist. Effective, personalized, and coordinated treatment in a friendly environment. They helped me recover from a badly sprained thumb and gave me exercises to continue improving my strength and mobility once I felt good enough to do it on my own. The therapists, trainers, and even the admin who handles insurance were all great to work with.
