I had a great experience. After a very tricky surgery, they knew the right combination of exercise, hands-on treatment, and heat to help me recover strength and flexibility and sensation. I'm thrilled with my progress!
Amazing experience. The team is well versed in how to functionally heal injuries. My injury was well cared for and I was provided with a thoughtful plan to build my journey to recovery. Highly recommend!
Debbie and her colleagues were outstanding! They helped me address my broken finger in a professional, kind, and caring manner. I highly recommend them!
I meant to write this review a bit ago but totally forgot! I went to hand in hand after I had a second tfcc surgery and it was a fantastic decision! Without them I wouldn’t have pushed myself as hard as I needed to. But without that push I don’t think I would have my full functioning wrist that I have today! They understand fully what you’re capable of and know how to get you the results you want as long as you do your exercises! I only have positive things to say!!
I went there for about three to four months. Pros: I liked Debbie's message technique. Sometimes therapists can be too gentle and it's not doing anything. Sometimes other therapists can be applying to much pressure and going too far, making it painful, and leaving the wrist painful even after I go home. Debbie always strikes a good balance between not pushing my wrist too far while still make the session beneficial for me.
