Building strength and dexterity
Hand in Hand OT is top notch. I recently had trigger release surgery on the middle finger of my right hand. I am right-handed and after the surgery it was difficult for me to do simple things, in particular, hold a pen, let alone a toothbrush! After my accident I went to Noha and her team and she was amazing. She is very patient, helpful and teaches you what you need to do. To this day I still do my exercises she taught me. She explains everything she you understand and is helpful and answers all your questions that you have. If I didn’t have her after my surgery I’m not sure I would be where I am today!!! I highly recommend Noha and her team.
