Fathima is a great and unique mix of a skilled bodyworker and a trained OT, so she's able to move fluidly between prescribing exercises to improve deficiencies and working on tissues directly. I worked with her on my overall climbing movement and to rehab an injured finger, and would highly recommend her for both.
I saw Fathima the day after I popped my first A2 pulley from climbing and I’m really glad I did. I have friends w the same injury, who did not seek treatment, that have experienced multiple set backs in their healing instead of gradually but unquestionably progressing to climbing harder again. Fathima helped me do that with a tailored rehab plan, education, and an injury management strategy. Highly recommend.
